As a Virtual Assistant collaborating with Virtual Assistants Ireland, please note the following:
- Contractual Relationship: You will be engaged as an independent contractor, not as an employee of Virtual Assistants Ireland. This distinction is crucial for both tax and legal purposes.
- Financial Responsibilities: Being an independent contractor means you are solely responsible for managing all financial obligations related to your work. This includes, but is not limited to, taxes, insurance, and any other associated costs or obligations.
- Compensation Structure: For new Virtual Assistants, the starting rate is €15 per hour. Based on consistent performance, adherence to our standards, and positive feedback from clients, this rate can potentially increase to €18 per hour as you become more established in your role.
