One of the ways we have achieved this is by integrating GoCardless with Zoho Books, allowing us to set up direct debits for our clients with ease. Direct debits offer a secure and hassle-free way for you to pay for the Virtual Assistant services on a regular basis, without the need to remember to make a payment each week.

To get started, you will receive an invoice for our services as usual. After reviewing the invoice, you can make any necessary adjustments before authorising the direct debit. Once approved, we will set up the direct debit using Zoho Books and GoCardless Integration and you will receive an email notification letting them know that the direct debit has been set up and will begin processing on the scheduled date.

With our GoCardless Integration, VA payments will be automatically deducted from your account each week and you will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been processed. This new system allows us to provide a more streamlined and efficient payment process for our clients, giving you peace of mind that their payments are being processed securely and on time.

Setting up direct debits through our GoCardless integration is easy. You can simply log in to their Client Portal on our website using your email address and password, click on the "Payments" tab in the main menu, select "Set up Direct Debit" and follow the prompts to connect their bank account. Once the bank account is connected, you can set up a Direct Debit for your weekly invoices.
