Consultation & Interview
After your first consultation with our team of hiring experts, we will schedule interviews via Zoom with you and the selected prospective candidates. You can shortlist up to three individuals that you think fit your preferred role. The interviews typically last between 30 - 40 minutes and are usually scheduled one after another.Alternatively, if you do not have the capacity to attend the interviews, or would prefer not to, we can conduct each interview on your behalf and share our notes with you.
Once the interviews have concluded, we will be in touch to collect your feedback on the interviewees, to fill your Virtual Assistant position.
Getting Started
Once you finalise the candidate that you feel really fits your business needs, we will notify them that they have been selected for the Virtual Assistant position, lock in a start date and confirm any other necessary details.
We will provide you with an estimate for a weekly or monthly billing cycle, all invoices are payable online via debit or credit card. Following this, you can complete the
Virtual Assistant Service Agreement
and can begin your journey with your new VA.
