From my many years of experience in multiple roles, I have familiarity with the many stages of client engagement. This began with customer facing roles, which progressed to operating customer support, and then moved to managing online sales and client data.
I now work as a personal assistant with the ability to help companies and individuals organise their business internally, through administrative tasks, organisation and ecommerce management, as well as ensuring excellent client experience and positive engagement is always at the forefront.
My strengths include problem solving, discovering new ways to achieve optimal work flow, communication, organisation, the ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and customer support.
I would describe myself as a very fast learner and I am always open to new opportunities, which is why I have signed up with VAI to gain experience and build new professional relationships.
I received my BA in Performing Arts in 2019, where I gained valuable communication and people skills and the ability to think outside the box!
