To be honest, I have zero experience as a virtual assistance. But I guest we always have to start somewhere. Having the experience may be a great background especially for technical duty, but having the determination to learn and not to quit when it is hard is a more reliable tool for me. I believe that my background in customer service and sales will make me a fitting candidate for both my prospective clients as well as the company success. I am very keen to explore methods and opportunities to provide a good service not limited to external customers but also internal. Beyond my learning, my myriads of international working experience has equipped me to become an intercultural competent co-worker as I corporate with a truly global workforce. My previous working experience with mixed backgrounded colleagues have earned me the competency to understand individuals with different backgrounds.
