As such, I have always tried to help the costumer in every work experience that I have had, noticing that most of our regular costumers came back for the warm welcome and the assurance that they would be helped and taken care of.
Having dealt with my fair share of costumer complaints, I am always able to answer with a smile and ask questions as needed, maintaining professionalism at all times. I also have experience in de-escalating situations, both in person and through a phone call, always showing empathy and keeping calm in all situations.
I also believe a good Virtual Assistant should be well organised, I can prioritise tasks and events so that all my tasks get done in a timely matter.
