In my past position in human resources, I had experience handling administrative tasks and people management. My previous position enhanced my skills to be organized and detail-oriented when checking job specifications, applications and references. I have strong attention to detail and enjoy problem solving. When arranging interviews, which were often, I worked well under pressure by multi-tasking and noticing small details.
During my time as a Heritage Centre administrator I often dealt via phone or email with people needing assistance and guidance when exploring their ancestry, and also in person. These people often left excellent reviews of my assistance.
While working as a Service Administrator I was promoted to Assistant Service Manager which made me the first point of contact for customers. In this position, I was responsible for handling all of the service calls and assigning the work to the engineers. I dealt with the customer from the initial call through to the quotations and completions of the work. I also dealt with any customer complaints following or during the completion of the work.
