I'm a hardworking, bubbly and extremely organised person. I enjoy organising files and data and also have ample experience in customer service. I'm good at turning complaints around and resolving complaints as I am an empathetic person and have found an understanding and helpful approach works best. I have experience with dealing with customers via phone, email and webchat and have ample training on many different types of customer service such as Health Insurance and Retail. I am tech savvy and proficient in many softwares such as Canva, Word, Excel, Avid Media Composer (video editing) and have experience with writing code within the backend of a website to create FAQ sections. I am also a very fast learner and can pick up different softwares quickly, and often do online courses to boost my skills, having recently enrolled in a Google Ads course. No job is too much for me as I like to put my all into any task and will handle any situation with ample care and attention.
