In all of my professional experience, customer satisfaction has always been at the fore front of the job. I have years of customer assistant experience from live chat, complaints calls, inbound and outbound sales calls, customer queries, emails.
I was head of customer service at GT retail limited, I always managed a telecommunication contract as the sole employee on that contract. I have experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, SAP and internal CRM systems, as admin was also part of my role. I also have experience with hotel booking, route planning and ad hoc admin duties. I can deliver on customer satisfaction, time management and efficiency. I am happy to take any additional training in order to provide the best service to the client / employer. I a currently working in a part time position and looking for some additional hours from home.
