I am a student in college so I have limited experience but the experience I do have is valuable I have worked with/ helped people in person in high pressure environments which is very important in customer service. I have my first year completed in a BA joint honours in law, sociological and political studies and global media these subjects can be very useful especially global media as I have done modules in communications and digital literacy which is important to recognise issues that arise using skills that I have learned such as problem solving skills similarly in sociology it gives background on how to interact with consumers or customers respectfully in different environments. In Law I have done modules in tort law and legal skills which give me the knowledge in using my critical thinking skills and legal background on what the customers needs are in line with the company's policies. I also have certificates in word and powerpoint and have done programmes such as Seas Suas
