I have over 16 years experience within HR and during this time I have worked in various roles such as Admin, Advisory and Recruitment.
I have a Batchelor's Degree in Business Studies majoring in HR. Since I completed this I have also gone on to complete my CIPD course and a Social Systems Auditing course.
Working in HR, it is imperative that all information that I handle is dealt with the utmost confidentiality and that the information is kept accurate. I have worked in various industries such as financial, food and FMCG and I keep this same ethos.
In each of my roles I liaise with employees, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders. I always prioritise my tasks to ensure that all deadlines are met. I believe working in HR that it is important to ensure that all parties whether it be employees or internal or external stakeholders, that everyone receives great customer service from me,
