I have been working for myself since 2008. I understand the process of how small businesses work from gathering all the information from an enquiry to an end result. I understand how jobs need to be monitored for a costing prospective, the overseeing of deadlines, keeping an eye on ordering and receiving of equipment, keeping records, matching P.O's to invoices, ensuring all goods ordered have been received taking jobs to final invoicing stage. Chasing payment and recording of same in Sage . I have some bookkeeping skills and I am very familiar with Sage as an accounts package. I am a very good communicator and listen to the needs of our customers and try to work with them. I am trustworthy and reliable and will always give 100% to whatever I do. I work well in a team but equally can work well on my own. I feel I would be a good Virtual Assistant as I am used to working on different projects and like a new challenge.
