I am an experienced HR and Customer Services Manager with many years of administrative knowledge across EMEA and the Middle East. I have been personally responsible for customer experience and worked with the feedback directly to find innovative ways of improving customer loyalty and return business. Whilst working as a HR manager I have been responsible for all areas of recruitment including forecasting recruitment needs, onboarding new hires, resolving conflicts, managing store planning as well as all administrative tasks.
Previously an Apple Corporate team lead and payroll analyst prior to that I worked as a Retail Leader in the UK and UAE with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets, delivering new strategies and working with successful teams.
My role as a virtual assistant is to ensure clients needs are met efficiently and professionally. Considering timelines and attention to detail to be of the highest priority whilst understanding what the goal of the business is as they continue to grow.
