As a self employed sole trader, whose work has been completely based on creating an experience for customers in the form of a yoga class, I know how to speak and present in a way that is clear and resonates deeply with people. I have first hand experience of how day to day admin tasks can take time and focus away from the main business goals, having assistance to complete these duties is invaluable. I also understand that customer experience & satisfaction is the key to a thriving business. Having years of expertise in customer service I know how to listen and provide clients with resolutions that meet their particular needs resulting in satisfied, returning customers.
