As a virtual assistant I have a lot of experience with customer engagement and assistant. I have a lot of experience using computer sites such as google and microsoft. I have a very flexible schedule due to being a college student. I think my qualifications would help me in this job as it lets me understand communication with customers and families. I will be able to help the customers navigate through things such as meeting and phone calls and advise them on what they need to do. I am a very organised individual who has been praised throughout my life for my organisational skills, This organisation with help me to keep in contact with my clients and not suffer from burnout. I will also be able to balance college work and this work as a result of my organisational skills. I have used google products such as docs and email for six year when in secondary school. I have used microsoft products for the further amount of time and have been able to work pretty well with it
