I have extensive experience within administation, I have been employed in student services, admissions, programme administration, examinations and assessment and student record
management. I have developed and delivered training for staff members both in person and
online. I have been responsible for stakeholder communication management and development of communication templates and resources. I am currently employed in the Quality Assurance Unit of the Education and Training Board of Ireland. I hold a First Class Honours Degree in Theology and Psychology and a First Class Master of Arts degree in Technical Communication and E-Learning.

I have strong IT skills which I have used throughout my career, often acting as a superuser of College systems. I provided and developed training and ensured clear and transparent Standard Operating Systems were in place for colleagues. I have worked successfully independently and as a team member. I have an interest in Universal Design and was a finalist for my online resources in the Universal Design Grand Challenge 2022 Student Awards.
