Through my 10 years working in the financial services industry I have had unlimited encounters with stressful situations, internally or externally for clients. Almost on a daily basis I answer queries, prioritise tasks and organise training for new colleagues. My experience allows me to be calm under pressure, provide high standards and professionalism.
I am able to work fully on my own or with people of a similar mindset. I do get bored of doing the same tasks over and over so hope this gives me the chance to expand my experiences and help whoever with whatever.
I have proven myself to be a capable employee working my way up to team lead where I am responsible for the oversight of 3 junior members of our team. I am also the first escalation contact and act as the middle man between operations and middle/senior management. I am a person full of ideas and also capable of adapting any existing ones.
