Listening and resolving customers issues in a timely manner leads to immediate satisfaction and resolution. I am very methodical, careful and conscientious with an eye for detail I have worked on an international level and understand the issues and need for precision within international business travel. I also understand the need for precision within data management . My experience on an international level has given me great empathy for customers needs and frustrations which are mostly the causes of negative feedback. i like to resolve issues head on without delay, and think this is a trait most companies would respect. I do not have great experience in a professional manner with social media strategies and management but have previously done some courses on this, however not at a professional level. I have used hubspot somewhat but for basic tasks.
