As a marketing graduate I was like to utilize the skills I have learned, I have a lot of experience in customer service from a number of different areas. I have built a lot of knowledge and skills with email communication and planning, my recent role as it is a very administration heavy role it has helped to increase my administration skills hugely. Including organizational skills, time management, customer service communication skills and many more.
As I have worked in a number of different roles each has helped me to build on my skills, with each role I have built more knowledge. As I have marketing skills as well as administration skills I believe I cold be a huge benefit to a company looking for such, as well as this my customer service skills has helped me to understand and how to best communicate with customers.
