Data collection and analysis are among my core strengths. This skill has been crafted largely through roles as a behaviour therapist and a research assistant. As a behaviour therapist, I work with data every day, from collection, analysis and presentation. While in my time as a research assistant, I was required to engage in constant gathering and presentation of research throughout the work day.

Communication is another area where I have developed keen skills over the years. This skill developed significantly during my time as a Store Colleague at Holland and Barrett. Here, I collaborated with colleagues to provide customers with essential information on health and food science, conveying complex concepts in a clear and concise way. Additionally, during my time as a research assistant, i co-hosted a radio show each week, allowing me to gain experience in effectively communicating research findings to a broad audience.

In every role that i have undertaken, I have been required to work effectively as part of a team. For this reason, team work, leadership and organisation are all strong points in my repertoire. In conclusion, my diverse experiences have developed skills encompassing data collection, analysis, research, communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
