With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality and the customer service industry, I am highly skilled in customer experience, conflict resolution, time management and task prioritization. I began my career working in hotels with roles as reception manager, duty manager and general manager. A role which I held for 5 years. I now manage a successful and busy salon in which I manage all the schedules, appointments, ordering, stock taking, filing, cash up, petty cash, close up, safety procedures etc.
Systems that I have experience working with include but are not limited to; Charts, Ving Card, Phorest, Mews, Wordpress and all aspects of Microsoft Suite.
I am an exceptional team player but also work independently and pride myself on excellent communication and handover skills.
I am passionate about the customer experience and skilled in handling grievances and complaints in a manner which leaves the customer satisfied while also upholding the policies of the company.
I am dedicated to creating brand awareness and have ran many successful media campaigns that have both increased revenue and also maintained the businesses online aesthetic.
